Overview
Training Consultant - Payments - £375 - £425 per day - 6 Months initially Investment / Wealth Management Newcastle (Remote / Home working) As a preferred recruitment partner to this well-established global financial services organisation we have been instructed to assist with the hire of a Contract Training Consultant to work within the Payments Programme to develop and deliver high quality training plans, materials and activities that will ensure the successful adoption of the new system and processes by both back office and adviser stakeholder groups. Skills / Environment Experience in delivering integrated training programmes to Head Office and geographically distributed stakeholders. Experience of working in a project team Financial Services experience, ideally Financial Advice Networks Experience with IRESS XPlan, CommPay or other package systems is highly desirable. Role Overview - Design the User Training Plan for the programme - Produce, and co-ordinate production of, all User Training materials (including course agendas, training scripts, reference materials, pre-recorded webinars) - Plan, schedule, organise and deliver training courses (online and classroom) - Collection and analysis of participant feedback - Act as liaison/point of contact for coordination of training schedules and approaches Contract rate: £375 - £425 per day This role may suit candidates, who hold the following job titles: Training Consultant, Technical Author, Payments Trainer, IT Trainer Deerfoot IT Resources Ltd is a leading specialist recruitment business for the IT industry.
