Overview

Job title: Service Desk Engineer Industry: Legal Salary: £25, 000 - £35, 000 Type: Permanent Location: City of London The Role: Capture, log and deal with calls, emails and self-service actions to the IT Service Desk Follow agreed procedures, identifies, registers and categorises incidents. Gather information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocate the incidents as appropriate. Proactively look for improvement areas Investigate problems in the systems, processes and services. Promote and ensure use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools.
