Overview
Our client is a growing online technology business based in Bracknell that is looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role sits in a team of 5. The Management Accountant role is split between producing management accounts, including reporting packs and providing analytical support from a reporting perspective. The Senior Management Accountant will have a diverse and broad range of responsibilities and be a strong Number 2 to the Head of Finance. This is a great opportunity for the right person to come in, define, develop and take ownership of finance processes and drive efficiencies across the business. As a business, they deal with large amounts of data and this role will also need to transform this data into information and analysis that drives business decisions. Duties will include; • Creating accurate and timely monthly management accounts • Analysing the P&L/balance sheet and generate management reporting for decision support • Owning regular trading packs and Internal and external KPI reporting • Taking control of the monthly Payroll process • Delivering accurate Cash Flow forecasting and variance analysis • Ad hoc reporting, reconciliations and analysis This role would suit someone who is qualified or may be actively studying or qualified by experience. A salary of £50,000-£55,000 is on offer plus benefits.
