Job Title: Financial Services Administrator Location: Ascot Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 Our client, a leading financial services practice in Ascot are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team. We're looking for an Administrator with previous experience of the Financial Services industry, a great team player with high level of communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task. Responsibilities Include: Composing letters of authorities and chasing providers for the relevant policy information Scanning and printing of documentation Preparing and binding reports with all relevant documentation for client meetings Assisting team members with administration needs Assisting with incoming and outgoing post Comply with Financial Services and FCA rules at all times What we're looking for: Essential A basic understanding of Investments, Pensions and Protection An understanding of current FCA rules Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
