Overview

We are currently working with a financial planners based in Ascot who are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to support a team of Advisers and Paraplanners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous and competent administrator to join a friendly team Salary and benefits: £25k - £28k per annum, depending on experience 25 days holiday 1 extra days holiday for birthday Statutory pension Childcare vouchers Cycle to work scheme A Brief Overview of Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring documentation is complies with company procedures Liaising with clients on a regular basis in a professional manner Preparing for adviser/client meetings including collation and distribution of meeting packs, relevant reports etc Preparing Letters of Authorities and chasing providers when required To comply with FCA and company requirements and processes at all times Continuous support for financial advisor's and paraplanning team Skills and Knowledge Requirements: Self motivated with a willingness to learn new skills and continuously develop knowledge Exemplary communication skills with a positive attitude Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage own workload Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel Previous experience within Financial Services industry is a MUST Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills High standards of accuracy and attention to detail Understand current FCA rules and practices If you're keen to discuss this position in more detail, apply today
