Overview
I'm currently recruiting for a defendant clinical negligence solicitor role with a Bristol based Top 100 client. This firm is looking to strengthen its team by adding a 1-3 years' PQE solicitor to its highly regarded healthcare team. The team deals with all aspects of healthcare work, representing the NHS-R and NHS Trusts and covering clinical negligence and child law through to complex healthcare advisory and mental health work. The current requirement in the Clinical Negligence team is to defend litigated and pre-litigated complex and high value matters. As the team works to high standards and service level agreements, experience in working with the expectations of the NHSR would be attractive.
