Overview
Buyer / Manchester (with Travel) / £35,000 - £37,000 per year Car allowance of £4860 Your new company You will be working for a leading Construction and Facilities Management Business in the North West. Your new role As Buyer you will report into the Senior Buyer and be responsible for proactively negotiating prices and maintaining and building relationships with key suppliers. You will provide support to the operational teams with implementing new contracts and participate in cross-functional project teams. You will carry out supplier reviews and manage internal relationships. This role will require frequent travel to sites across the North West with your base site in south Manchester. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong experience working in indirect procurement (preferably within the FM industry) and will have a proven ability to negotiate and manage suppliers. You will have the ability to work alone and as part of a team and have the ability to do frequent travel across the North West.
