Overview
Salt and Pegram is an innovative, creative and service-driven contract furniture consultant and dealer based in Shoreditch, London. We collaborate with some fabulous architects and designers on some wonderful commercial projects. We are looking for a well-organised Trainee Admin Assistant to join our very own, small and passionate team. Duties To Include but Not Exclusive To: -Collating finishes and furniture samples -Responsible for assisting members of the sales team with several administrative tasks -Helping to prepare quotations and helping with order processing -Liaising with both customers and suppliers -Answering the telephone and managing enquiries -Coordinate with other departments such as accounts, purchasing and project management The Successful Candidate: -Will have experience within a similar support role -Must be motivated to work with extreme attention to detail and have the ability to multitask -Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone and email -Must be confident in using all Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel Hours: Monday-Thursday: 09:00-17:30, Friday: 09:00-16:30
