Overview
Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor based in Glasgow who are, due to expansion, looking to recruit a QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join their commercial team. This organisation have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality work across various sectors- leisure, commercial and education. In this role you will be office based and then travel to site as required. You will be commercially responsible for a couple of projects depending on the value. You will be ideally an intermediate quantity surveyor who has experience looking after your own projects. This will ideally have been with a main contractor working on either new build, fit out or refurbishment works. In return a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package will be on offer. You will be joining an excellent organisation with a low staff turnover and opportunities for progression.
