Overview
Connect Site Services are looking for a quantity surveyor for one of our favoured clients for upcoming projects across central Scotland. These positions will be long-term to permanent. What you will need; Educated to HND level Be proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word and Excel Min 2 years exp Be able to show an understanding of risk management Be able to demonstrate a high level of cost management Have experience working with a project management team Responsibilities; Plan and supervise the delivery of contracts Build successful relationships with colleagues and customers Supporting amendments and contract changes Have the ability to asses work from first principles What to expect; Competitive salary What you'll get in return; You will receive a competitive rate, and the opportunity to work with a large construction contractor possibly leading to permanent work.
