Overview
Lusona are working with a well-established engineering business who specialise in the manufacture of material handling systems. As a result of significant growth, and a strong order book they require an experienced Electrical Draughts Person, to help cope with an increase in work and crucially to strengthen their existing team. Reporting to the Design lead you shall have a broad role, but some of the key tasks are noted below; • Create electrical detailed designs of switchgear circuits/schematics and creation of associated documentation including BOM’s, manufacturing drawings etc. • You are expected to work within the agreed time scales and costs, liaise with the customer and all other departments in the Company at all levels. • To support the manufacturing process, resolving and clarifying electrical and wiring issues in products It is expected that you shall have had previous electrical design experience (2D and 3D), have used EPLAN to an advanced level, have practical and demonstrable experience in inverter drives, motion control, PLCs and control panels.
