In the role of Decision Support Manager - Banking (12 Months Fixed Term Contract) you will manage Chief Customer Office (CCO) cost base including Pay product as well as provide back up for Senior Decision Manager on Savings, Current Accounts when necessary. In the role you are accountable for: Managing of CCO cost base through interaction with Commercial, Finance and HR, ensuring that business is run in a cost-effective manner. Supporting Pay Commercial team on daily basis including any ad-hoc scenarios and analysis for tactical and strategic decisions. Managing of RAF process for CCO areas ensuring timely turnaround including review and challenge. Owning and updating FTE tracker for CCO in coordination with HR, Commercial and other Cost areas. Understanding, analysing and reporting month-end financial information and key performance indicators (KPIs). Production of all CCO Pay planning, including Budget, Rolling Forecast and Long Term Plan. Producing relevant, accurate reporting and commentary for the Monthly CCO PL review sessions as well we timely production of Marketing Cost Report. Providing base-level support on Savings, Current Accounts when necessary. Experience required for the role: Professional accountancy qualification (or working towards). Financial services experience. Financial reporting and/or management accounting experience. Understanding of retail banking products. Understanding of relevant external regulation. Stakeholder management. Time management.
