Overview
Are you an experienced Telecommunications Engineer ? Would you like to work for a specialist provider of Unified Communications, Communication Applications, Telephone systems and Network solutions ? In this role you will be providing both field and office based technical support covering the Glasgow / Scotland area so will be provided with a company van, fuel card, laptop and iPhone. You will be involved in field based support and maintenance, remote diagnostics, system installation. Your experience should include: Extensive Telephony installation and technical support experience. Familiar with WAN/LAN and SIP technologies Configuration, monitoring and fault finding – routers and data switches Experience in Microsoft OS and software• Experience of Wi-Fi technology is an advantage Excellent communication skills both orally and written are prerequisite Ideal additional experience: Telephony solutions from: Panasonic, Gamma Horizon, Avaya, Mitel, Nortel, LG An understanding of Networks and IT fundamentals For more information get in touch asap.
