Overview
Job Title : PMO Project Planner Duration : 4 Month(Possible Extension) Location : Hemel Hempstead Role Overview: Intelligent Resource is currently recruiting for PMO Project Planner join one of their key project teams in Hemel Hempstead . Work with all the members of the PMO team to ensure a consistent project planning approach across the program. Essential Skills: Prince2 qualified Microsoft Project expert level user Must have experience of building and maintaining projects plans for projects of £10m and 6 months duration Able to work well with all levels of internal management and client facing Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers, Programme Managers to build and maintain project controls in accordance with documented best practice. Create and maintain integrated project plans in MS Project for workstreams, programmes, and portfolios. Assist and guide the creation and maintenance of various core project documents. Assist in the development of monthly project, programme, and portfolio reports in the form of graphical, written and tabular outputs. Identify and report activities that jeopardise the timely delivery of project outcomes and programme / portfolio benefits. Manage and interpret data from MS Project and Clarity PPM to produce project / programme information as required. Contribute to the creation of Reports and Communications for the programme and governance meetings. lead scenario planning analyses as directed (e.g. effect of changes to product launch dates on demand for resource by function).
