Senior Receptionist Wembley, Middlesex £26,500 Pension Free Lunch This role is perfect for an enthusiastic Senior Receptionist to join a progressive local Company where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills continuously and work with a great team of people. Some of your duties will include - Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, announcing their arrival and issuing visitor passes - Answering incoming calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member where possible - Dealing with general enquiries and providing information and guidance to callers on services provided - Managing diary schedule for the use of meeting rooms and taking bookings and co-ordinating refreshments - Working with the Office Manager and issuing written communications to clients when requested - Co-ordinating travel and transport requirements on behalf of the management team Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
