Overview
Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Cardiff Council to provide them with several Contact Supervisor’s to join their team on 3-month interim contract , likely to be extended. Contract – 3 Month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis. Working Hours – Monday – Friday 9-5pm Rate of Pay – £11-£13 per hour – Negotiable depending on experience. Please note we are in communication with all hiring managers and where possible remote working will be made available as well interviews via telephone. Key Responsibilities: ü To assist with the facilitation of supervised contact between children and their parents ü Assisting with occasional transport of children to and from meetings they need to attend ü Facilitating the delivery of documents to families ü To participate in supervision, training, job shadowing and workshops etc. required to fulfil the duties of the post and to enhance the performance appropriate to the needs of the service, in co-operation with the Children’s Services Principle Social Worker and Team Manager. ü To utilise various systems to provide information and updates for meetings as requested by Social workers and Supervisors ü To input data and use IT systems as appropriate and relevant. Update the Department’s computer client record system to deal with enquiries, and contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of the information stored in the system by adding and updating as appropriate ü To assess information received from professionals and the public and in consultation with Social Workers and supervisor.
