Are you a Lead Software Engineer? Keen to work for a start-up? Working on the first-of-its-kind product? Joining an IoT company in Cardiff you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the product development of their IoT solution. This includes oversight and ensuring timely delivery of the software, process, and hardware workstreams. The right person won't want the average 9-5 job but be excited to join a company with the chance to shape their own role, making architecture & technology road mapping decisions. As the successful Lead Software Engineer, you will be able to demonstrate the following experience: • Lead team of engineers in the product development of an IoT solution. • Provide oversight and ensure timely delivery of the software, process, and hardware workstreams. • Track record managing teams and delivering high-quality deliverables on time and within budget • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-moving environment • Passion for innovation and disruptive technologies To apply for the Lead Software Engineer role, you will have the following skills: • Full-stack software developer, system architect and project management expertise. • Experienced in the Internet of Things, System Integration (especially Hardware and Networks), Cloud Computing, Data Science, Databases, Data Analytics, APIs, world-class UX/UI Educated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other IT related degree would be desirable, but not essential.
