Overview

One of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the UK is looking for a 2 nd Line Mac OS engineer for their London offices. With a minimum of 5 years' experience of 1st - 3rd line support for a large financial, design or marketing organisation your CV must demonstrate: Resolution of requests & incidents received via a service desk Providing direct face-to-face support to demanding and technically competent developer and design macOS (Mojave) end users Extensive knowledge and hands-on/practical experience with macOS JAMF / Active Directory administration Machine imaging and builds (Win7 & Win10/macOS) Hardware (Mac and PC) stock management and inventory Build and deploy Mac and PC hardware including component replacement/upgrade Installation and configuration of macOS and PC software Participate in testing new applications and hardware as required The ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and to deliver within limited timescales is also desirable. This is 6 month requirement (likely to be extended) based in Southwark, London (SE1). It is paying £18.70 an hour via Umbrella (within IR35) for a 37.5 hour week (Monday to Friday).
