Compliance Job Description: A ccomplishes compliance business objectives by maintaining the Company’s legal and ethical integrity; offering information and opinion as a key senior management position; integrating the three licensing objectives, rules and regulations within the messaging and behaviour of the company. Compliance Job Duties: • Protects the company by establishing compliance standards, anticipating emerging trends and designing improvements to internal control structures. • Communicate and enforce values, policies and procedures in line with the licensing objectives. • Ensure orientation, training, coaching and counselling to prevent harm from gambling. • Develops compliance organisational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction. • Designing systems, resolving problems and implementing change. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Compliance Skills and Qualifications: • Hold a Personal Management Licence (PML) with the Gambling Commission /regulator. • Have experience dealing with complexity, people management, analysis, research, developing standards and training. • Have regular communication with the regulator, including reporting of key events, LCCP notifications, security audits, regulatory returns. • Have experience with planning, strategy and policy making. • Be able to work independently. • Experience in global licensing policies.
