Regional Director of Partnerships x2, Housing Association, Cambridge & Birmingham, Up to £110,000 We are partnered with a leading G15 Housing Association, who are looking for two Regional Directors of Partnerships for two regions in Eastern and Central. The role will be to deliver the regional partnerships investment strategy by identifying and securing opportunities to deliver new high quality affordable housing in the region To lead a small high calibre and effective team who, together, will secure the objectives of the regional partnerships business. Responsibilities: To deliver growth in accordance with regional business plan targets and client requirements Build strong mutually beneficial partnerships with developers and target house builders to procure high quality affordable homes to reflect the needs of local communities Promote customer interests by ensuring all contracts are negotiated to support a positive customer experience and for time cost and quality risks to be properly mitigated Ensure customer feedback is understood and used to inform the region's evolving approach Constantly review and adjust the regional partnership operating arrangements in order to maintain effectiveness in response to business needs, market changes and emerging risks Manage the regional partnerships stakeholder action plan by ensuring key relationships with local authorities, regional housing association business, regional government and Homes England/GLA are positive and productive Meet the requirements of public and private funding, the Regulator of Social Housing, financial regulations and all policies and procedures If you're interested in a confidential chat about the role, please apply below with your most up to date CV.
