Overview

Our client is currently recruiting for a HR Case Manager on a temporary contract for six-eight weeks. This role can either be based in Cambridge or Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to work for a non-for-profit organisation which has made both a national and global impact on the disabled community. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have a background in employee relations and change management. Duties will include (but not limited to): Handling employee relations cases, managing a large caseload on an on-going basis Leading and supporting caseload including sickness absence management, capabilities, grievances, disciplinaries and appeals Advising management upon absence cases and where applicable assisting with identifying reasoning for absence occasions Taking a proactive role with encouraging and supporting employees back into work, who had experienced long-term health conditions Providing comprehensive support and advice to line managers on employee relations cases Liaising with and supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with employee tribunals Knowledge required: iTrent systems knowledge (desirable) For further information on the position, please contact Mira Crighton or Siobhan O’Gorman on 01923-631 012.
