Overview
Are you seeking a French Speaking Customer Service role? Do you have a Customer Service background? Are you seeking a salary of £21,000 Per Annum for an opportunity with this level of responsibility? My client is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. Ideally the candidate will have experience of Customer Service within their previous roles. You would be joining a reputable business based in Oxford with parking. Key Responsibilities of the French speaking Customer Service Advisor · Build relationships with customers in order to identify further business opportunities. · Understand the needs of the company clients in order to provide a tailored service and a product which suits their needs. · Feedback positive or constructive feedback to relevant person within the company · Think of ideas on how to improve and enhance service · Ensure you answer all calls in a timely manner · Speak Fluent or Native level French Candidate Specification for the French Speaking Customer Service role Working Knowledge of MS Office Fluent in French both written and Verbal Fluent in English Ideally you'll have worked in Customer Service or a B2B environment One year customer service experience If you believe you have the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in this role, please contact Victoria Huggins or Kathy Rusher at the Oxford Branch.
