Are you seeking a French Speaking Customer Service role? Do you have a Customer Service background? Are you looking for a contract that has potential to go permanent? My client is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. Ideally the candidate will have experience of Customer Service within their previous roles. You would be joining a reputable business based near Didcot with parking? This is an initial contract for three months which will be reviewed with the potential to go permanent. Key Responsibilities of the French speaking Customer Service Advisor · Process orders, return authorisations and credit note requests Effectively manage customer relationships respond to queries and manage expectations Prioritise workload organise own time so that deadlines are met order amendments and liaising colleagues in other departments when appropriate Emails Telephone enquiries Candidate Specification for the French Speaking Customer Service role software programs like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Outlook and other databases Strong communication & interpersonal skills Achieve results with a sense of urgency Strong implementation & follow-up skills Strong problems solving skills with high energy and adaptability Fluent level or Native level French If you believe you have the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in this role, please contact Victoria Huggins or Kathy Rusher at the Oxford Branch.
