Overview
Our client, a progressive local council is looking for an experience Housing Supply Programme Manager to provide the lead to an upskilling project to increase the expertise of their housing supply project team. Position: Housing Supply Development Programme Lead Period: 3 months with possible extension Location: London IR35 Status: Inside Duties for this Housing Supply Development Programme Lead opportunity will include; To lead an upskilling programme in relation to the housing supply and development team working closely with project managers Providing your expertise from an extensive background in Housing Developments processes to upskill the councils housing development team Implement a framework for learning and development needs assessment, using industry standard frameworks as a long-term training tool Establishing a strong network of external contacts and local and regional partnerships, to maximise potential for capcacity building at the Council Report on progress and conduct research into learning and development issues and products, and to take initiative in the development of the upsklling programme Working closely with external experts to capitalise on experience and knowledge of the building development process and translate it to internal skillset Call Jim Green or Jason Woodhouse for details on this Housing Supply Development Programme Lead vacancy or email your CV to Jim Green Should you know anyone else who may be relevant for the above roles, please don’t hesitate to pass on this email.
