Head chef required in Manchester for a Restaurant, all fresh food, great standards, modern dining expeirence for customers. The Head chef run run the restaurants kitchen, £37k 3k bonus. The role We are looking for a Head Chef who will develop the team, manage the kitchen, ensure GP is met. You will ensure your kitchen is ready for service and run the pass in service. This role will include all the normal head chef duties. Experience we are looking for either a head chef or a senior sous chef ready to step up to a head chef level.
