Job Title: Kitchen Team Leader Salary: Up to £28,000 Bonus Location: Central London Who will you be working for? You will be working with an up and coming noodle bar in the heart of the city, noodles is the main game here from Malaysian to Japanese style however there is a good core of other Asian cuisine here too. This is a growing brand with big ambition. What are we looking for? We are looking for hard working ambitious chefs, a background in Asian food is beneficial but not essential – experience working in QSR & Casual dining previously is essential. A core understanding of stock management, food cost & a leaders mentality is desirable. Responsibilities – Assisting the general manager in the following; Managing service in a fast-paced environment Stock/Payroll/Recruitment/Admin Ensuring swift & speedy kitchen service Internal training & development Bringing your initiative to the table Work hand in hand with your FOH team to drive sales & smash targets Adhere to budgets & KPI’s (Labour/Wet & Dry GP) Does this sound like you?
