Overview

IT Support Technician - Tamworth - £25,000 to £30,000 Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within a within a market leading organisation? You will be working within a close-knit team and involved in all aspects of IT Support from receiving a ticket right through to resolution. You will proactively help to resolve tickets where required and make sure that issues are resolved within a timely manner. Duties & Responsibilities include: Solve company wide issues & problems Assist with the implementation of solutions for both software and hardware Maintain documentation for all systems Liaise with external suppliers Participate as part of an on-call rota Key Skills: Microsoft Windows 7 to 10 Microsoft Server 2008 to 2019 Office365 Active Directory Understanding of Network Technologies Microsoft SQL Server EPOS experience is desirable If this position sounds of interest or you know someone who may be interested then please get in touch.
