Overview

Wild Berry Associates is currently working with an award winning property and construction consultancy in search of a Administrator with a similar background, who will be responsible for a variety of administrative and management tasks across a variety of projects. They include but are not limited to the following: - Liaising with Surveyors to ensure property inspections are carried out Document Management - Logging incoming information and updating trackers through Excel Attending sites, internal and external meetings to produce concise minutes Manage monthly invoice process for the team; preparing monthly invoicing schedules and maintaining monthly invoice reports; drafting invoices. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings/events/lunches/workshops Provide overflow support to other teams where necessary If this role applies to you, please apply below.
