Primarily focused around manufacturing, .com and delivery, this organisation understands the importance of looking after the environment as well as the staff that work with them Through continued growth they are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their busy team. In this role you will be join a collaborative, busy team providing proactive and reactive support, fast responses to inquiries and resolve tickets as they come in. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a service desk environment and within an ITIL Framework. Customer facing experience is beneficial. The role: To provide second line desktop support to company users across multiple locations Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided Troubleshooting network, hardware and software issues Maintain and audit inventory of hardware and software Provision and deployment of new joiner accounts, hardware and software The person: Experience working in a Service Desk/Help Desk Support area, preferably within an ITIL environment. A strong desire and focus on continued improvements and personal development. A genuine interest in IT - keeping up to date with current industry trends and emerging technologies and best practices.
