ADULTS SOCIAL WORKER - INTERMEDIATE CARE TEAM Reed Health and Care are currently supporting Local Authorities in the Greater Manchester area with the current outbreak of COVOID-19 ( Corona Virus ). My client is currently searching fro experienced Social Workers to join their Intermediate Care Team based within the Greater Manchester area. The purpose of this post is to work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing a robust social work intervention for citizens using the authorities Community Response services. Using a Strengths Based approach and supporting people to maintain their independence, choice and dignity is essential for this role. The role is available with an immediate start and an ongoing contract, paying up to £26.88ph.
