Overview
Role: User Researcher Location: Corsham Salary: £40,000- £70,000 Clearance: SC Security Clearance My client is on the lookout for SC Security Cleared Senior User Researchers to join their distinguished organisation based in Corsham. The role is looking for User Researchers who have extensive experience using evidence based research to inform a user-centred redesign in order to inform benefits identification and options analysis. You'll be joining the organisation at an exciting time; with an ambitious growth plan there is scope to work on a number of interesting and meaningful projects alongside sophisticated IT professionals. The successful candidate will have experience in: Designing services for users with low digital literacy Complex user journey mapping across ranges of users and stakeholders Detailed understanding of government digital service standard and Technology Code of Practice, including GDS service design manual and wider industry-standards Demonstrate experience of delivering agile projects in sometimes non-agile environments Please note, due to the nature of the work the successful candidate must have SC Security Clearance.
