Overview

Applications Analyst / Applications Support Analyst provide specialist help to ensure appropriate support, maintenance, development and security of a Trust, Tax & Legal Practice Management and financial planning / investment management solutions. You will need to have a relevant Degree, ideally in Computer Science with an MCP in SharePoint, SQL server and ideally Dynamics 365 with ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 qualifications. The following experience / knowledge is essential: Deploying, supporting and maintaining on premise Application suites and packages in a complex environment. Supporting and maintaining cloud computing services. Supporting and maintaining Practice Management Services (Trust & Tax or Legal). Support of SharePoint Online 365. Microsoft SQL Server 2012. Strong technical working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (inc. plugins). Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). A minimum of 2 years proven experience in application support. Proven experience in administering services within relevant control frameworks in a Financial Services organisation. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills. Can demonstrate a results -orientated approach, with a strong history of delivery. Presenting/communication at manager level and associate influencing experience. Vendor/3rd Party Management. Proven experience in software transition, service introduction & release management. ITIL Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations and Continual Service Improvements. Cyber security essentials and GDPR awareness. The following is highly desirable but non-essential: Investment Management Market Data services. Microsoft Dynamics 365.
