SENIOR ANALYST £45,000-55,000 COMPETITIVE BENEFITS LONDON We're looking for a bright and commercially minded analyst to join one of the largest banks in the UK with a strong global presence to drive strategic initiatives across their market leading unsecured borrowing portfolio. Due to a greater focus on analytics and really exciting projects a new position has become available. THE COMPANY: You will be working across products such as credit cards which are used by millions of customers across the UK. As well as having a vast customer base the company also provides banking solutions to over a million clients. As part of the commercial team you will be working closely with senior stakeholders and the product teams to create financial planning models for the coming years and keeping up to date with regulatory changes. THE ROLE: As a Senior Analyst you will have ownership over a range of projects which you will need to manage end to end, so project management and stakeholder skills will be key. You will split your time between creating adhoc financial models through SAS and SQL and also project managing/ engaging with those across the business. Specifically, you should expect to be involved in the following: Building financial models such as customer value, affordability, forecasting and present value through SAS or SQL. Communicating regularly with senior stakeholders and other teams in the wider unsecured borrowing department. Helping to create an agenda for the strategy across the wider business. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful Senior Analyst will have the following skills and experience: Past experience managing end to end projects. Have proven experience in building financial models using SAS or SQL. A background in accountancy is beneficial. Possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
