Overview
My client requires the specialist skills of a consultant to work on projects in the areas of Equality & Diversity. Operating at a 'Head of’ level, you will be responsible for development and implementation of diversity strategy and policy across the organisation as well as any related project work. You must know and understand the business and identify how Equalities & Diversity can best contribute to its success. Knowledge of the full spectrum of possible E&D interventions and experience of delivering relevant and innovative HR Equalities & Diversity plans is important, as is up to date knowledge of legislation. You must build credibility naturally and be an expert communicator and used to working with senior stakeholders. You must also have experience of working within a similar role.
