Overview
Search HR has been appointed by a global organisation with offices in North Liverpool to source an Internal Recruiter for their growing organisation. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT INITIALLY In the role of Internal Recruiter you will be based in North Liverpool and will: Own the end to end recruitment process, predominantly for a blue collar workforce Ensure right to work documentation and appropriate qualifications and certificates are taken Direct source high quality candidates, acting as an advocate and direct marketer of the business at all times Deliver high volume recruitment campaigns to hiring managers and maintain budget and deadline compliance Lead on interview processes and assessment days as and when necessary Manage your own KPIs, reporting back to the Head of Recruitment on a regular basis Partner with a busy team of internal recruiters and share best practice when appropriate Travel (up to once per week) to the Midlands operation when necessary To be successful in the role of Internal Recruiter you will: Be able to evidence experience in owning the end to end recruitment process within an organisation Possess experience in direct sourcing for hard-to-fill roles Have strong Boolean search experience and social media recruitment Have a 'Can Do' attitude with a willingness to be flexible and learn Be able to maintain all roles within an ATS and keep candidates updated at all times Have experience in working to tight deadlines in a fast paced office environment This is a 6 month assignment to cover a period of secondment in a busy internal recruitment team. There may be an opportunity for a longer term or perhaps a permanent move depending on the business's circumstances. Please apply below for immediate consideration.
