Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well-established, global business in Reading who are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant for and initial 4-month period. The role could potentially become permanent or extend past the four months. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for: General month-end accounting Assisting with the month end accounting Responsible for month end journals Posting accruals and prepayments Reconciliations · Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process · Contribute towards improving information integrity and consistency · Adhoc work The business deals with high volumes of transactional work; therefore, you must be able to process large volumes accurately and efficiently.
