Overview
I am currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant who has managed a small team in the passed. The ideal candidate will be fully AAT qualified or studying CIMA. Some of the core duties will include: Supervising team of 3 to deliver Regular and ad hoc reporting, planning and analysis, which will include drafting forecasts, budgets, third party returns and year end information. Monthly management accounts, including identifying errors and processing corrections. Able to review and implement continuous improvements for the team / workflow. Accurate and timely responses Carrying out monthly reviews with each line report and 6-monthly appraisals.
