Overview
We are currently looking for a Credit Control Supervisor to join our well-established client in Castle Donington. You will be reporting in to the Finance Manager and overseeing a small team of credit controllers. Credit Control Supervisor - The Role: Overseeing 3 credit controllers Dealing with complex accounts Conducting regular performance reviews and providing support to team Liaising with business stakeholders regarding accounts which are at litigation stage Producing weekly reports for senior management Credit Control Supervisor - The Candidate: Proven experience at team leader/ supervisory level Able to effectively monitor a team and performance Communication and organisational skills IT literate
