Overview
A well-established company based in Castle Donington are seeking an experienced Credit Control Supervisor to join their successful business. You will be reporting to the Financial Director and your main duties will include: Overseeing a small team of credit controllers Dealing with complex accounts Setting targets and monitoring performance Conducting regular performance reviews and providing support Liaising with business stakeholders regarding accounts which are at litigation stage Producing weekly reports for senior management This is a fantastic opportunity for an established credit controller with proven supervisory experience to excel in a newly created role. The role would suit a candidate who can effectively drive and monitor the performance of the team, while also being a supportive and motivating mentor. Good communication and organisational skills are a must, in addition to strong accounts systems experience. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, onsite parking and 22 days holiday plus statutory.
