Located in the Widnes area, my client is an independent accountancy practice who offer a range of specialist services to a varied client base. Following an exciting period of growth and expansion, my client is now looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an all-round service to a specific portfolio of clients. This role is best suited to a candidate from a similar role either from a practice background or contracting / umbrella company. With further growth plans in place, this is the best time to make the move to a leading firm who hold an excellent reputation in their field. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for: Accounts preparation for both management and statutory accounts Personal and corporate tax returns VAT preparation Assisting with any client queries Essential Requirements are: Proven experience in a similar role Candidates from a practice background or umbrella / contracting company will be considered Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail Experience in managing a portfolio of clients Confident and professional communication skills If you have all of the above requirements for the Accounts Assistant position, then please apply now using the link below.
