Overview

Job Title: Human Resources Administrator Location: Market Drayton Culina Group a well established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator on a permanent full time basis at our Market Drayton depot. As a HR Administrator within the Culina Group, you will provide essential day to day support to the Central HR function based at our Head Office. The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following: - Updating HR database with all changes e.g. bonus, job and employee records etc. - Resolving payroll queries - Administrative support in various company projects, for example implementation of new HR Systems. - Fielding internal and external calls, for example vacancy queries, pay and benefit queries. - Deliver excellent customer service, at all times. - Adding and Amending shift patterns on Time & Attendance systems. - Support the HR Recruitment Team, Learning & Development Team and HR Business Partners - Processing starters and leavers, within required timescales - Raising purchase orders on SAP, processing invoices - Intranet Maintenance i.e. announcements, updating policies & procedures etc. - Running a range of bespoke reports for the HRBPs and at Managers request - Maintain & Update PMI Database, helping support Payroll department with gaining P11D reports etc. and queries in this regard - Various human resources administration tasks, for example reference requests, tenancy applications, maintaining personnel files - Supporting all family friendly policies administration including childcare vouchers - Managing distribution of vouchers such things as Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year, Retirement, Baby Births. - Filing and maintenance of all personnel E-files - Clock Cards admin – new and replacements - Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning Competence Requirements: - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Planning and organising skills, high level of numeracy. - Ability to work without direct supervision. - Flexible and methodical approach to work and training. - Conscientious and reliable. - Flexible attitude to working hours - The ability to work accurately under pressure. - Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines. - Able to work as part of a team and/or individually. - Able to work effectively and communicate effectively to all levels. - Be professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general HR operation.
