You will join a department offering advice and assistance on matters including: - company formations - buying a business - selling a business - management buy-outs/buy-ins - terms and Conditions - commercial, shareholder and partnership agreements - limited liability partnerships - shareholder disputes. The successful corporate law solicitor must be: - a qualified corporate solicitor (2 years' PQE) - experienced in running and managing a caseload of corporate matters - proven experience in business development - confident with client interaction.
