Recent, demonstrable working knowledge and experience in ITIL Recent and good experience of working on a Service Desk (preferably within Higher Education) Main career experience within IT support (1st and 2nd line) Minimum typing speed of 36 WPM (preferably a touch typist) An analytical approach to problem solving - ie.
