Overview
Restructuring Solicitor We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, proactive and ambitious Restructuring Solicitor to join one of the country’s leading practices. The Restructuring team offer a full range of non-contentious services to finance companies, banks, finance companies, venture capitalists and insolvency practitioners. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Non-contentious corporate recovery and restructuring work. Providing advice to Directors, Insolvency Practitioners, receivers, banks and asset-based lenders Overseeing insolvency, enforcement and restructuring related issues. Assist financial institutions in asset-based lending transactions including drafting facility and security documentation and advising on security interests. The successful applicant will have a qualifying law degree and LPC or equivalent, together with 2-4 years PQE with in-depth experience of restructuring, gained within a reputable firm.
