Overview
Are you an ambitious accountant with a commercial mind and drive to succeed? I am recruiting for a fully qualified accountant with commercial experience looking for a varied role where you can manage your own portfolio and build real partnerships with your clients. My client, a specialist finance organisation in Northampton, is looking to grow its Senior Team with the addition of a Corporate Finance Partner. You must be ACA, ACCA OR CIMA qualified. Although this not a traditional accounting position. Experience of Acquisitions and Disposals would be beneficial. This role would suit someone who is entrepreneurial with a strong project management skills. The role requires someone with a passion for business and an interest in learning how to manage acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fundraising for clients across all sectors. Salary First 12 Months £40,000 - £65,000 Promotion after 12 months 2nd year £65,000-£75,000 In order to be considered you need to demonstrate: 2 Years PQE Corporate Finance or Commercial experience Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to influence Problem solving, out of the box thinking Passionate and driven to deliver high standards Project management skills Experience in M&A would be beneficial Attention to detail If this opportunity could be of interest, please get in touch to discuss in more detail.
