Temporary - Permanent Opportunities 38 hour contracts Support Workers to work in a Residential Home Hays Social Care are recruiting experienced Support Workers in Swansea. There are positions available for 38 hour contracts in a number of homes to work for one of my largest providers. Your new company Fantastic Temporary and Permanent opportunities available to work as a Support Worker for a well-established Care Provider that provides services for Adults with Complex Needs. Our clients are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join their team. Your new role You will be working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day to day basis to promote their independence and ensure that they have fun while staying safe. The clients based in the Residential Home have learning disabilities and are all wheelchair users. You will need to be trained or happy to train in Hoist and Sling, Manual Handling and Epilepsy. What you will need to succeed To be considered for this Support Work role, you will need to have experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities. You will also need a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle, or public transport. You will need to be compassionate, patient and level headed. You will need to have a genuine desire to provide meaningful, considered support and the ability to thrive in a person centred environment.
