Operations Risk Manager

Your new company Well known Financial Services business based in the Swindon area. Your new role Ensure that the customer is a primary focus throughout Operations Co-ordinate and prepare presentations and papers for events, committee's, boards and other stakeholders Produce regular communications to be circulated across Operations Support Operations Leaders in delivering the Target Operating Model (TOM) in 2020/21 Control actions from key meetings and ensure they are completed to the relevant deadline and of appropriate quality Working with the business leads to deliver any cultural change required as part of a new TOM and understand and analyse the impact of the change on their function, including any changes in volumes. Support delivery of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and the Control Environment Operating Process, demonstrating good Risk Management awareness Support the Risk event and Risk Acceptance process Represent Operations at Portfolio Review Forum (change activity) Assist the Head of Operational Governance as required with key initiatives What you'll need to succeed Ideally you'll be educated to degree standard or equivalent, and have a Risk and Governance qualification.
