Operations Governance Manager

Your new company A well known Financial Services organisation based in the Swindon area. Your new role To assist the Head of Operations Governance Manager with the management of risk and governance across the Operations Function. To increase the bandwidth and pace of the Operations Leadership Team to enable them to concentrate their time, effect and focus on the Change programme, whilst still ensuring the Operations is complying with all risk, regulatory and governance requirements Develop, manage and monitor the Conduct Risk Dashboard, identifying trends, areas for improvement and driving a focus on Operational and Conduct risk in Operations ensuring we are delivering good customer outcomes for all our customers Ensure that the customer is a primary focus throughout Operations To take responsibility for overseeing the end to end Adviser and Customer journey supporting Operational Teams with key initiatives Work with Operational Teams to develop on existing means of measuring and demonstrating success of service (including developing NPS or similar activities to gain insights) Work with Operational Teams to support delivery of process improvements which create a more streamlined customer and adviser experience Collect and develop data, utilise data, root cause analysis and customer feedback to identify trends, and help deliver strategic insight and actionable recommendations to the business Facilitate production of the Conduct Risk Dashboard, challenging the content and actions on the Conduct Risk Dashboard ensuring we are delivering good customer outcomes, identifying trends, areas for improvement and key actions. Support business tracking actions What you'll need to succeed Experience of working in a Governance or Risk role You will ideally hold a Risk qualification or similar Experience of building and managing good working relationships Experience of presenting to senior management and executive level committees Experience in a regulated firm What you'll get in return On offer with this role a competitive salary and benefits package and excellent working environment.
