Overview
Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of North Wales Police for a Data Analyst to provide support to the Senior HR Analyst on an initial 3 month basis. The purpose of the role is to assist with collating information for Management Information Reports, and manage adhoc requests from various departments within the Shared Service Facility. Duties of the post include: Support with performance analysis by producing scheduled reports Understand performance across the business to identify areas for improvement Fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests from the Senior Management Team Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests for Senior Management Maintain a high level of accuracy in all analysis The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate advanced analytical skills and excellent MS Excel knowledge. This is ideally a full-time role however part-time hours could be accommodated. Post is to be based out of either the Colwyn Bay or Llay Headquarters.
