Overview
As the sole Recruitment Manager, this role will work closely with the newly appointed Head of Human Resources to deliver a swift, effective and growth-focused recruitment service to this impressive global business. The ideal candidate must be confident to work independently to support end-to-end recruitment at all levels; this will include international hires and senior positions. Graduate recruitment is high on the agenda for this firm, so experience in building relationships with Universities and institutions is also a must. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruiter to join a growing organisation, with scope to develop alongside the company. The sucessful candidate will be thorough, tenacious and an effective communicator, ready to build relationships across the business and start adding value from day one. Skills & Experience: Solid in-house recruitment experience, or a mixture of agency and in-house (minimum 5 years') Knowledge of the full 360 recruitment cycle, including role mapping, proactive candidate sourcing, selection support and onboarding Strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels Experience recruiting internationally essential Experience in the Financial Services sector, or similar (highly advantageous) Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
